What Happened On One Job
If there's a problem, we'll make it right.
A customer came to us for a concrete repair. What they wanted was what most people want: quality work at a reasonable price, and somebody who would actually tell them what was happening. Bryce and Damien did the work.
While the job was going on, a sprinkler head and a solar light got damaged. That happens on job sites — equipment moves, material gets staged, and things in the yard are not always where you expect them to be.
We replaced both of them. There was no argument about whose fault it was, no excuses, and the customer didn’t have to ask twice. It came out of our pocket because it happened on our watch.
The customer was happy with the finished repair and specifically mentioned the fair pricing, the communication, the professionalism, and the quality of the work. They left a 5-star review and said they would recommend us.
We would rather replace a sprinkler head than win an argument about one. That’s the whole policy. If there’s a problem, we’ll make it right.
